2018 Guadalupe River Trip RV Reservations

The last couple of years we have had to get very creative to squeeze in all the RVs, campers and pop-ups that have been showing up.

So...To help us manage the open field area and to keep from running out of space, everyone attending with a RV, Camper, or Pop-up MUST pre-register and pay a small $25 reservation fee.

We can only accommodate a limited amount of RVs, Campers, and/or Pop-ups. You must 1st pay the reservation fee with the button below and then 2nd pre-register using the form below. Once you have done both we will send you a confirmation email to the email address used in your payment.

Please Be Aware... Your reservation is not for a specific location. We will still guide you into the next available spot when you arrive just as we have done in passed years.

Remember...You will only be guaranteed a spot to park your RV, Camper, or Pop-Up is to reserve and pre-register! But, then only until we are full! We would hate to have to turn someone away because they did not fallow the correct procedures...

If you need to cancel...You must do so before June 9th 2017 to receive a refund of your Reservation Fee.

NEW FOR 2018!...Full Hook Up Sites!!!

We have added 9 full hook up RV sites at the campground starting this year! The spots are not in our normal area but they are very close (near the cabins). They are first to reserve first to get and will cost $140 for Friday and Saturday and $70 per day for any days before or after that. The cost is in addition to the normal event price of $50 per person Friday and Saturday (which will be paid to the office when you arrive as normal). To reserve you spot you will need to contact Mountain Breeze direct @ 830-964-2484 and tell them you need to reserve one on the nine KOS RV Sites. Once there gone...there GONE!
